Corned Beef And Cabbage Mold - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (12 oz.) can corned beef
1/2 c. sweet pickle relish
1/4 c. onion, chopped
1/4 c. bell pepper, chopped
1/4 c. celery, chopped
3 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. salt
1 c. mayonnaise
1 1/2 c. chopped cabbage
1 1/2 envelopes unflavored gelatin
1/2 c. hot water
touch of Tabasco (optional)
Preparation

Take 1/2 cup hot water and gelatin and melt completely. Mix all other ingredients. Place in greased mold. Refrigerate overnight. (All vegetables are raw.)
