Cranberry Loaf - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 c. sugar
1 egg, slightly beaten
2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1/3 c. orange juice
1/3 c. boiling water
1 c. cranberries, cut in half
1 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation

Add 2 tablespoons oil to orange juice and boiling water; let stand.
Mix together dry ingredients.
Add egg; mix slightly.
Add liquid mixture; mix again.
Add nuts and cranberries; mix and pour into greased loaf pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes.
