Cranberry Orange Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 3/4 c. sifted all-purpose flour
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1 well beaten egg
    3/4 c. milk
    1/3 c. cooking oil
    1/3 c. cranberry orange relish
    4 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
    1/4 c. sugar
Preparation
    Into bowl, sift together flour, the 2 tablespoons sugar, baking powder and salt.
    Make well in center.
    Combine egg, milk and oil.
    Add all at once to dry ingredients.
    Stir just until moistened.
    Spoon half the batter into 12 (2 1/2-inch) greased muffin cups.
    Top each with 1 teaspoon cranberry-orange relish, then fill with remaining batter.
