Macaroni Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. mayonnaise
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    1/2 tsp. sugar
    8 oz. pkg. elbow macaroni, cooked and drained
    2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
    2 Tbsp. milk
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. black pepper
    1 1/2 c. diced celery
    1/2 c. chopped onion
Preparation
    In large mixing bowl, stir together mayonnaise, milk, vinegar, salt, sugar and pepper.
    Add cooked macaroni, celery, onion and eggs; toss to coat well.
    Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours.
