Egg Custard - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. Minute rice, cooked
    3 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3/4 c. sugar
    3 c. milk
    nutmeg
    cinnamon
Preparation
    Beat eggs, vanilla and sugar.
    Stir in rice and milk until well mixed.
    Pour into a 1-quart casserole dish.
    Sprinkle with nutmeg and cinnamon.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
