Apricot Glazed Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 broiler chickens, cut into parts
    1/2 c. oil
    1 (8 oz.) bottle Russian salad dressing or Western
    1 (8 oz.) jar apricot preserves
    1 (1 3/8 oz.) envelope dry onion soup mix
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Spray large baking pan with Pam.
    Mix oil, dressing, preserves, salt and soup mix.
    Pour over chicken which has been placed in a single layer, skin up, in a baking pan.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour, until tender.
    Baste occasionally.
    Good served with rice.
