Microwave Casserole Italiano - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    1 1/2 c. spaghetti sauce
    1 1/2 c. water
    1 can (16 oz.) green beans, drained
    1/2 lb. uncooked elbow macaroni
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. Italian seasoning
    1/2 tsp. salt (optional)
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Crumble beef into 3-quart microwavable casserole.
    Cook at High (100%) power for 3 minutes.
    Stir; break up meat.
    Drain off fat.
    Add remaining ingredients (except cheese); blend well. Cover and cook on High (100%) power 12 minutes.
    Stir. Cover and cook on Medium (60%) 10 minutes.
    Sprinkle with cheese.
    Cover; let stand 10 minutes.
