Vidalia Onion Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 c. sugar
    6 c. vinegar
    3 red bell peppers
    2 tsp. pickling spice
    12 green bell peppers (approximately 3 1/2 lb.)
    12 onions (approximately 10 lb.)
Preparation
    Grind peppers and onions in food processor.
    Combine vinegar, sugar and pickling spice; boil for 10 minutes.
    Add peppers and onions.
    Cook until they change colors.
    Pack into jars and seal.
