Sunny Day Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 small pkg. orange jello
    2 small cans mandarin oranges
    1 pt. orange sherbet
    2 c. diluted frozen orange juice
    1 c. cold water
Preparation
    Bring orange juice to a boil.
    Add jello
    and stir until dissolved.
    Add cold water and oranges; stir until well mixed. Pour into 8 or 10-inch square dish.
    Refrigerate until set.
    Top with Cool Whip when served.
    Add sherbet just before pouring into square dish.
