Shoo-Fly Pies - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. brown sugar
1 c. flour
1 Tbsp. Crisco
1 c. molasses
1 egg
3/4 c. hot water
1 tsp. baking soda
Preparation

Add to the crumb mixture and beat.
Makes one 9-inch pie. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes and then 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
