Mexican Cornbread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. corn meal
1 c. milk
1 c. creamed corn
1 large onion, chopped
3/4 tsp. baking soda
2 eggs
1/4 c. oil
1/2 lb. grated cheese of your choice
1 bell pepper, chopped
1 jar chopped pimento
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together well.
Bake in a greased pan at 325\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes.
