Ingredients

1 loaf frozen bread dough
1/2 lb. presliced pepperoni
1/2 lb. capacola (hot ham)
2 medium to large green peppers
1/2 lb. sliced Provolone
grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Thaw bread dough and divide into 2 equal portions.
Roll out each portion to 12 x 24-inches.
Make 3-inch slices from outer edge towards center, leaving center intact, approximately 1-inch apart the entire length of both sides (strudel style).
Have ready peppers that have been sliced lengthwise and fried on low heat until tender.
Layer Provolone and pepperoni.
Sprinkle grated cheese, hot ham and peppers down center of dough.
Repeat layer. Fold dough to center (strudel style).
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
Slice into desired widths and serve.
Great finger food for get-togethers.
