Ingredients

2 eggs
3/4 c. flour
1 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Put flour in mixing bowl.
Add eggs and beat mixture with a wooden spoon until dough is elastic.
Gradually stir the milk into the mixture, then whisk until smooth.
Pour an inch of oil into pan and put in 450\u00b0 preheated oven until oil is smoking.
Pour mixture onto oil.
The oil should come up the sides which will seal the top.
Bake 25 to 30 minutes until brown.
