Chicken Sour Cream Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. cooked chicken
    3 c. diced celery
    3 c. cooked rice (equals 1 c. raw rice)
    1 tsp. salt
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    1 c. sliced water chestnuts
    1 c. sour cream
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 c. water
    2 tsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Preheat the oven to 375\u00b0.
    Mix in bowl sour cream, mayonnaise, water and lemon juice.
    In separate bowl combine remaining ingredients; place in casserole dish.
    Pour sour cream mixture on top; cover.
    Place in oven and bake for 30 minutes.
