Hash Brown Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (32 oz.) pkg. frozen hash brown potatoes
1/2 c. melted butter or margarine
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of chicken soup (undiluted)
1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
1 tsp. salt and pepper
1/2 small onion, chopped
2 c. crushed corn flakes
Preparation

Place thawed potatoes in a 9 x 13-inch casserole dish.
Mix 1/2 cup butter, soup, cheese, sour cream, salt, pepper and onion.
Pour over potatoes in casserole dish.
Mix. Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
Top with corn flakes and drizzle with butter; bake until golden brown (10 to 15 minutes).
