Swiss Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    steak (1-inch thick)
    1 1/2 c. diced tomatoes
    enough flour to cover steak
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Have required steak (1-inch thick). Beat in mixture of flour, salt and pepper (to your liking). Beat steak on both sides. Sear on both sides in greased skillet. Remove from fire; put into baking pan. Add tomatoes. Cover and cook in 350\u00b0 oven for 2 hours.
