Corn Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large can creamed corn
1 large can whole kernel corn
1 pkg. Mexican cornbread mix
1 (8 oz.) sour cream
1 stick margarine
grated cheese
Preparation

Mix first 4 ingredients.
Melt butter and add last.
Put in an 8 x 11-inch casserole dish.
Bake for 35 to 45 minutes at 425\u00b0. When edges begin to brown, take out and top with grated cheese (will melt without putting back in oven).
