5 c. peeled apples, chopped
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. grated lemon rind
1 tsp. grated orange rind
1 1/2 oz. Grand Marnier
1 1/2 oz. Amaretto
3/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. brown sugar
3/4 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. butter
Preparation

Arrange apples in greased 9 x 11-inch pan.
Sprinkle with cinnamon, lemon and orange rind and liquors.
