Fish Bouillon - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    13 perch fillets
    1/4 lb. salt pork, diced
    onions, chopped
    celery, chopped
    carrots, chopped
    1 c. barley
    1 can tomatoes (optional)
    potatoes
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    In large soup pot, combine onions, carrots and celery with water. Simmer with salt pork, barley and potatoes until tender. Season to taste. Add pieces of fish last. Simmer until fish is cooked through.
