Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. chopped broccoli
    1 egg, well beaten
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    1/2 can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    3/4 c. crushed cheese crackers
Preparation
    Cook broccoli in boiling water until tender; drain.
    Add soup, egg, mayonnaise and onion.
    Stir well and pour into greased casserole pan.
    Spread crushed crackers on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until heated completely.
