Sauerkraut Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. kraut
    1 medium green pepper, diced
    1 medium onion, diced
    1 c. celery, diced
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1/2 c. salad oil
Preparation
    Rinse and drain kraut.
    Add all ingredients. Mix and let marinate overnight in refrigerator.
    Improves with age.
