Hot German Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 medium potatoes
    3 eggs
    3 slices bacon
    1/3 c. chopped onion
    1 tsp. flour
    2 to 3 tsp. sugar
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. celery seed
    dash of pepper
    1/3 c. water
    3 tsp. vinegar
Preparation
    Boil potatoes in their jackets.
    Boil eggs.
    Meanwhile, fry bacon and crumble.
    After potatoes are cooked, saute onion in bacon grease until golden brown.
    Blend in flour and seasonings. Remove from heat.
    Pour in water and vinegar.
    Place on medium heat and bring to a boil.
    Pour sauce over sliced eggs, potatoes and bacon.
