Hot Cocoa Mix - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. powdered milk
1/4 c. cocoa
1 c. powdered sugar (sugar substitute)
dash of salt
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together thoroughly and put in airtight container.
For a richer mix, add 1/3 cup powdered nondairy creamer and/or a tablespoon or 2 or malted milk powder to the mixture.
To use, put about 4 tablespoons of the mix (or to taste) into a cup of boiling water.
Add a dash of whipped topping or vanilla ice cream, if desired.
