Sherry Steaks - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 minute steaks
    seasoned flour
    butter or margarine for cooking
    1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms with liquid
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/4 c. sherry
Preparation
    Dredge steaks in flour.
    Pan-fry in butter, then add mushrooms with liquid.
    Cook 5 minutes, covered.
    Add lemon juice and sherry and cook an additional 20 minutes or until steaks are very tender.
