Tex Mex Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cans bean dip
3 ripe avocados
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 c. sour cream
1 pkg. taco seasoning
2 ripe tomatoes
3 bunches green onions
1 can chopped ripe olives
1 lb. grated mild Cheddar cheese
1 c. sliced jalapeno peppers
Preparation

In large shallow dish, spread bean dip.
Mash avocados with small amount lemon juice.
Combine mayonnaise and sour cream with avocados.
Add taco seasoning.
Pour on top of bean dip.
Chop tomatoes and onions and layer on top of avocado mixture.
Top with remaining layers of olives, cheese and peppers.
Serve with chips.
