Haddock Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. haddock, cut up
1 can shrimp
3/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1 Tbsp. flour
salt and pepper
oleo
1/4 c. milk
dry bread crumbs
Preparation

Put shrimp over haddock in baking pan. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over shrimp.
Sprinkle flour, salt and pepper.
Dot with oleo or butter. Add milk. Sprinkle dry bread crumbs over top. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
