Chinese Dish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stewed chicken, boned and cubed
    1 lb. sausage
    1 green pepper, chopped
    2 medium onions, chopped
    2 or 3 ribs celery, chopped
    2 c. precooked or Minute rice
    3 pkg. Lipton chicken noodle mix
    1/2 lb. blanched slivered almonds
    1 large can mushrooms
Preparation
    Brown sausage; drain.
    Add pepper and onions to sausage and cook until transparent.
    Add chopped celery; cook until tender. Cook soup mix in the broth from chicken, making 9 cups of liquid. Add this mixture and chicken to rice.
    Put into baking dishes and bake at 350\u00b0
    for 45 minutes.
    This makes 2 casseroles.
    Freezes well.
