Spaghetti Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1 (15 oz.) can tomato paste
    1 (6 oz.) can tomato sauce
    2 Tbsp. snipped parsley
    1 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. dried oregano
    1 bay leaf
Preparation
    Brown meat.
    Remove excess fat.
    Add remaining ingredients and 2 cups water.
    Simmer uncovered 3 hours or until sauce is thick; stir occasionally.
    Remove bay leaf.
    Serve over hot spaghetti.
