Healthy Fried Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. buttermilk
    1 c. Bisquick
    4 to 5 pieces of chicken
    salt and pepper to taste
    onion and garlic salt to taste
Preparation
    Dip chicken in buttermilk, then roll in Bisquick.
    Let set 5 to 7 minutes.
    Lay in sprayed pan and bake in a 425\u00b0 oven 20 minutes per side.
