Limeade Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 graham cracker 9-inch crust
    1 c. evaporated skim milk
    1 envelope unflavored gelatin
    1/4 c. cold water
    1 (6 oz.) can limeade, thawed
    3/4 c. sugar
Preparation
    Chill evaporated milk in freezer until ice crystals begin to form around the edges.
    Soften gelatin in water.
    Add limeade to gelatin in saucepan; heat until gelatin dissolves.
    Add sugar, stirring until dissolved, but not thickened.
    Put evaporated milk into a chilled bowl and beat at high speed until stiff.
    Fold into cooled gelatin mixture.
    Pour into pie shell.
    Chill 3 to 4 hours. Serve.
