Squash Supreme - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked squash with onions
    1 carton sour cream
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 carrot, grated
    1 pkg. seasoned herb crumbs
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mash squash.
    Add remaining ingredients, except crumbs; mix thoroughly.
    Place crumbs in bottom of casserole dish (reserve some crumbs for top).
    Spoon squash mixture on top of crumbs. Cover top with crumbs; dot generously with butter.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 30 to 45 minutes.
