Mini-Chocolate Mint Cheese Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. light cream cheese, softened
    1/2 c. low-fat cottage cheese
    1/3 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 egg
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    2/3 c. mint chocolate chips, melted
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
    Process first 6 ingredients with electric blender until smooth.
    Add melted chocolate chips. Process until smooth.
    Spoon batter evenly into 24 cups of mini-muffin pans lined with paper liners.
    Bake 15 to 18 minutes or until set.
    Let cool in pans.
    Cover and chill.
