Velveeta Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese, cut into cubes
    1 c. margarine
    2 lb. powdered sugar
    1/2 c. cocoa
    3 c. chopped pecans
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    In 3-quart saucepan over low heat, heat cheese and margarine, stirring occasionally, until cheese is melted.
    Into another bowl, sift together sugar and cocoa.
    Gradually add sugar/cocoa mixture to melted cheese and butter, stirring until smooth.
    Add pecans and vanilla; mix well.
    Spread into greased 9 x 13-inch pan. Cover, chill and cut into squares.
