Holiday Jello Fruit Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 whole orange, peeled and seeded
    1 bag cranberries
    1 apple, chopped
    1/4 c. chopped walnuts or pecans
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. raspberry Jell-O
    2 (3 oz.) pkg. orange Jell-O
    5 c. cranberry juice
Preparation
    Mix the Jell-O powders, then add 3 cups of boiling cranberry juice and stir to dissolve.
    Chip the orange and the cranberries in a blender.
    Use the remaining 2 cups of cranberry juice to moisten the fruit as it is chopped.
    Add the fruit mixture, chopped apple and nuts to the Jell-O.
    Mix well.
    Pour mixture into serving dish and chill.
