No Peek Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. round steak, cut into bite size pieces
    2 cans mushrooms
    1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
    1 can mushroom soup, undiluted
    1/2 c. red cooking wine (Burgundy)
Preparation
    Mix all together in 2-quart casserole. Cover tightly. Bake at 300\u00b0 for 3 hours.
    Do not peek. Serve over rice or noodles. Serves 6.
