Ginger Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 chicken breast, cut up
6 carrots, sliced (julienne style)
1 lb. fresh mushrooms
1 stock broccoli, cut up
small bunch green onions, sliced and cut in 1/2-inch
1 spoon ground ginger
1 can Vernors ginger ale (regular or diet)
1 c. Minute rice
Preparation

Spray pan with Pam.
In large skillet, brown chicken and remove from pan.
Using same pan, add julienned carrots, mushrooms, broccoli and green onions.
Brown and add ginger and ginger ale (Vernors, regular or diet).
Boil.
Turn off.
Move vegetables to the side of pan and put rice in center of pan.
Cover for 5 minutes.
Mix and serve.
Serves 4.
