Easy Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, cubed
    1 1/4 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    4 c. thin sliced potatoes
    2 Tbsp. chopped chives (optional)
Preparation
    In a large pan combine cream cheese, milk, salt and pepper. Stir over low heat until smooth.
    Add potatoes and chives; mix lightly.
    Spoon into a 1 1/2-quart casserole dish; cover.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 10 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
    Stir before serving.
    Makes 6 servings.
