Blueberry Or Peach Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. flour
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2/3 c. skim milk
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    2 c. blueberries, fresh or frozen (peaches may be substituted)
Preparation
    Mix together flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.
    Add skim milk and mix until batter is smooth.
    Melt margarine in 1 1/2 quart casserole.
    Pour blueberries into casserole.\tGently pour batter over
    blueberries.
    Bake
    at

    for
    40\tto 45 minutes.
