Ingredients

1/3 c. sugar
6 eggs
6 Tbsp. sugar
2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

In small frying pan over moderate heat melt the 1/3 cup sugar, shaking pan instead of stirring.
Sugar will caramelize quickly. Immediately
pour
into individual metal cups.
Just enough to cover
the bottoms.
Beat eggs with 6 tablespoons of sugar; add milk and
vanilla.\tSet
metal
cups
in pan of hot water.\tPour in\tegg
mixture.
Bake at 350\u00b0 about 25 minutes. Small crevice may appear when done.
Remove from hot water and chill at once. To serve, invert on small plates.
Serves 6.
