Marinated Carrots - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. carrots, sliced and cooked
1 onion, chopped
1 bell pepper, chopped
1 can tomato soup
1/2 c. oil
1 c. sugar
3/4 c. vinegar
1 tsp. salt and pepper
Preparation
-
Cool and drain carrots.
Mix heated ingredients and pour over carrots, onion and pepper.
Let stand at least 12 hours before serving.
