Hacienda Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. chopped onion
1/2 lb. bulk pork sausage
1 can tomato soup
3/4 tsp. salt
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 lb. ground beef
1 can corn, drained
1 can tomato paste
1 can chili with beans, drained
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 lb. noodles, cooked
Preparation

In glass casserole, brown onion, ground beef and sausage 4 to 6 minutes.
Remove excess drippings.
Add corn, soup, tomato paste, chili, salt and pepper.
Stir to blend.
In 10-inch skillet, layer half the meat mixture, half the noodles and 1 cup cheese; repeat with remaining ingredients.
Cook 10 to 12 minutes, rotating.
