Corned Beef Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tin corned beef
    1 large pkg. lemon Jell-O
    2 c. boiling water
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 c. chopped green peppers
    1 c. chopped celery
    1/4 c. or 1 tsp. chopped onion (optional)
Preparation
    Dissolve Jell-O in water; cool slightly.
    Add mayo and crumbled corned beef.
    Add vegetables and mix well.
    Pour into 8 x 8-inch square and refrigerate several hours.
    Serves 12 (or more).
