Goose - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 goose breasts
    6 spuds (potatoes)
    3 onions, sliced
    8 slices bacon
    1 large orange, sliced
    1 1/2 c. barbecue sauce
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Take a 9 x 11-inch pan, spray or grease; layer the 3 goose breasts that have been cut thin horizontally, sliced spuds, sliced onions and salt and pepper to taste.
    Cover with bacon; put sliced orange over top.
    Pour barbecue sauce over the whole thing.
    Seal pan tightly with tinfoil.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
