Gretchen'S Caramel Popcorn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. cream of tartar
    3 qt. unbuttered popcorn
Preparation
    Melt butter in medium size saucepan.
    Add brown sugar, salt and cream of tartar.
    Stir until all is dissolved.
    Keep the stove on medium heat and don't let it boil.
    Pour the mixture on the popcorn while hot.
    Mix well.
    Bake for 1 hour at 200\u00b0, stirring occasionally.
    Don't forget to share uncaramelized popcorn with your pot belly.
