Pennsylvania Dutch Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 3/4 c. sugar
    1 c. oil
    3 eggs
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. chopped apples
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Beat well the sugar, oil and eggs.
    Add remaining ingredients except apples and nuts.
    Mix and fold in chopped apples and nuts. Grease and flour a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 55 minutes.
