Party Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 large potatoes
1 carton sour cream
1/6 c. chopped green onion (optional)
1/4 stick butter or oleo
1 c. medium Cheddar cheese, grated
1 1/2 tsp. salt
pepper to taste

Preparation

Bake potatoes.
Cool, peel and grate.
Mix all ingredients and bake in casserole dish for 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Serves 6 to 8.
