Chili Verde - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 pork steaks, cubed
    1 onion, diced
    1/2 (6 oz.) can tomatoes
    garlic salt to taste
    2 large cans diced green chilies (Ortega)
    salt and pepper to taste
    water
Preparation
    In Dutch oven or frypan, brown pork steaks; add salt, pepper and onion.
    Stir until all liquid is gone.
    Add tomatoes (squished).
    Add garlic salt, chilies and enough water to cover meat mixture.
    Bring to a boil; simmer until tender.
    Serves 4 to 6.
