Sauerkraut Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburger
    1 small onion, chopped
    4 Tbsp. shortening
    1 can tomato sup
    1 soup can water
    1 large can sauerkraut, drained
    1/2 c. Minute rice, uncooked
Preparation
    Brown meat and onion in shortening. Combine all the ingredients and place in a casserole.
    Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
