Macaroni-Green Chili Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 clove garlic, finely chopped
    1 c. tomatoes
    4 Tbsp. tomato paste
    1 tsp. sugar
    1/4 tsp. oregano
    1/4 tsp. dill seed
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
    1/2 c. cottage cheese
    1/2 c. chopped green chili
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. elbow macaroni
    5 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    2 Tbsp. oil
Preparation
    Brown meat with onion and garlic in oil; drain off excess fat. Add tomatoes, paste and seasonings and simmer 30 minutes.
