Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. margarine
    1 1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
    1 large onion
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    1/2 c. chopped sweet pepper
    2 c. cooked squash (any kind)
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. canned milk
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. black pepper
    grated cheese
Preparation
    Divide bread crumbs into 3 equal parts.
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0. Mix 1/3 of the bread crumbs in skillet with butter.
    Saute onion and both peppers.
    Mix 1/3 more bread crumbs, squash, eggs, salt, milk, sugar and black pepper.
    Place in buttered dish. Sprinkle rest of bread crumbs on top. Bake for 1 hour.
    Remove from oven and sprinkle with grated cheese.
